A complex estate of order and provisioning systems with no joint overview: when a fibre order stalled, nobody knew where.
A modern, open-source observability platform that can trace an order across the systems, designed and put into production in an OT environment under NIS2 requirements. Alongside it, architecture for Seamless Customer Journey and the optimisation of points of interconnect.
In production in six months.

MobilePay stood on a mainframe platform that could not keep up with growth, and the business customers’ online bank had to be built anew.
The target architecture for MobilePay’s new platform: .NET, event-driven SOA, Cassandra as the data store. Then the financial dashboard platform which, through workshops with over 100 stakeholders and event storming, became District, the bank’s online bank for business customers.
District took over the whole business online bank. The work is ten years old, and it is where the architecture habits on this site come from.
