We do not know who you are until you write.
This site sets no cookies, does not track and keeps no log. The only thing we receive is what you send us. This is what we do with it.
When you read
nomadics.dk sets no cookies, neither its own nor anyone else’s, and has no tracking, no analytics service and no social buttons. Fonts, images and the map are served from our own server; nothing is fetched from third parties. The links to LinkedIn are ordinary links, and LinkedIn hears from you only when you click.
The site lives in Europe, hosted by Scaleway in Amsterdam. Our web server keeps no access log, so your IP address is not stored with us. Scaleway counts requests to run its service; we see numbers, not addresses.
When you write
The contact form sends your name, email, company if given, and message as one mail to martin@nomadics.dk. It passes through Mailgun in the EU and lands in our mailbox at Google Workspace. The function behind the form records only whether a message was sent, never what it said. If you email us directly, the same applies from the mailbox on.
We use the details to reply to you and for whatever the conversation leads to. No newsletters, no lists, no passing on. The legal basis is our interest in answering enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
How long
We keep the message as long as the conversation lasts and delete it no later than a year after the last mail. If it turns into an engagement, the correspondence follows the engagement and is kept for five years after the end of the financial year, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.
Controller
Nomadics ApS, CVR 37222747, Filmbyen 23, 2. tv, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. Martin Sponholtz answers questions about personal data at martin@nomadics.dk.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to our processing it. Write to martin@nomadics.dk and it happens within a month.
If you disagree with what we do, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Changes
If the site ever gets a visitor counter or a log, it is written here before it happens. Last changed 13 October 2026.
